Terms of Service

This site is an information-aggregation and technical-testing platform covering AI API relays: public reputation records, dispute histories, price trends, directory listings and model authenticity checks. Please note in particular:

• We do not sell, resell or broker API keys or accounts, and we are not the operator or guarantor of any listed relay.
• Records, scores and check verdicts are indicative judgements based on public information and technical probes. They may be delayed, imprecise or wrong, and are not purchase advice or an endorsement of fact.
• We may adjust, suspend or discontinue features at any time without individual prior notice.

Some features require an account. In that case:

• You must provide accurate registration details and are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Keep your password safe and do not share your account. Contact us immediately if you believe it has been compromised.
• We may warn, restrict or ban accounts that breach these terms.
• You may close your account at any time. How published content is handled afterwards is described in the Privacy Policy.

Content you submit through reports, listing applications, deal posts or feedback (“user content”) is subject to the following:

• You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the content and that it is truthful and evidence-based, with no fabrication, defamation or malicious smearing.
• Before uploading screenshots, redact personal information such as phone numbers, email addresses, order numbers and API keys.
• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display, store, reproduce and distribute your user content for the purposes of this site. You retain copyright in your content.
• We may review, summarise, redact, decline to publish or take down user content, without being obliged to justify each decision.
• You are solely responsible for any third-party claim arising from content you submit.

Running a check requires the endpoint and an API key of the relay being tested. By submitting them you confirm that:

• you are entitled to use that key, and doing so does not breach your agreement with the relay;
• the check makes real API calls and consumes your quota — we recommend using a temporary, quota-limited key;
• the key under test is never persisted or used for anything other than the check, and is discarded from memory once it completes;
• verdicts are probabilistic technical judgements, may be wrong, and should not be the sole basis of a dispute.

Some features are paid (check credit packs, contact view packs, directory listing slots, pinned deal slots). For these:

• Prices are those shown on the checkout page; payment is processed by a third-party provider.
• Deal contact info is charged per view: viewing one deal's contact info uses 1 credit. Each deal is charged only once and stays viewable afterwards — later price changes or repeat views never charge you again. Whether charging is on, the unit price and any free allowance are those shown on the page at that time.
• Check credits and contact view credits are two separate pools. They cannot be converted into each other, transferred or cashed out; unused credits of either kind are not refunded if the account is banned for breaching these terms.
• Paid services are digital goods. Once activated, consumed or displayed they are considered delivered and are generally non-refundable.
• If delivery fails for reasons attributable to us, contact us to request a refund or compensation.
• Buying a slot does not influence our independent judgement: payment has no effect on records, dispute entries or check verdicts.
• Unused balances on accounts banned for breaching these terms are not refunded.

When using the site you must not:

• publish material that breaks the law, infringes others' rights, or contains personal attacks, pornography or gambling content;
• fabricate, forge or alter evidence, or use submissions as a means of extortion or unfair competition;
• scrape our data at scale with automated scripts, or send requests to our endpoints far beyond normal use;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, probe for vulnerabilities, attack our servers or otherwise disrupt the service;
• impersonate others, or run checks with an API key you are not authorised to use.

Operators of listed relays and any other interested party may request a correction or removal by submitting evidence via the contact details at the end of this page. We will act within a reasonable time after verification and, where appropriate, publish a correction notice.

The design, testing methodology, code, icons and text of this site — other than user content — are our intellectual property. Commercial reproduction, mirroring or redistribution without written permission is not allowed. Fair quotation is welcome provided you credit the source and link to the original.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• the service is provided “as is”, with no express or implied warranty as to completeness, accuracy or timeliness;
• any purchasing decision you make based on information here is at your own risk, and we are not liable for disputes between you and a third-party relay;
• we are not liable for interruption or data loss caused by force majeure, third-party outages or network failure;
• where we are legally liable, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you actually paid us in the preceding 12 months.

We may revise these terms as the service evolves; the date at the top will be updated and a notice posted on the site. If you do not accept a revision, stop using the site — continued use constitutes acceptance. We may terminate service without notice for serious breaches of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes should first be settled amicably; failing that, either party may bring proceedings before the competent court where the operator of this site is located.
